Network Support Engineer

Designing and implementing network infrastructure based on the requirements of the organisation. Should be able to understand the network topology, protocols, and technologies required to build a reliable and secure network.

• Configuring network hardware and software, configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance and security. Hands-On experience in Firewall configuration.

• Monitoring network performance using various tools and techniques. Should analyze network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to ensure that the network is running smoothly.

• Responsible to troubleshoot network issues by analyzing logs, identifying the root cause of the problem, and taking corrective actions. They need to have a strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ensuring network security, should ensure that the network is secure by implementing security protocols and policies. They need to have a strong understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs)
